| Zattikka delivers iPhone Christmas gaming crackers |
Leading online and mobile gaming company Zattikka is preparing to bring some festive cheer to iPhone and iPod touch owners everywhere this Christmas with the release of three exciting new gaming titles, including Finger Frenzy World, the latest iteration of its world-renowned browser classic, Finger Frenzy.

ZATTIKKA, the new online and smartphone gaming network announced today that Atomico Ventures participated in its oversubscribed seed round.
On September 10th Zattikka announced its first acquisition, the highly regarded flash gaming site, Gimme5games
Atomico Ventures is founded by Niklas Zennström and Janus Friis, the technology entrepreneurs who built Skype, Joost, Joltid and Kazaa. Atomico are viewed as being innovative global investors at the forefront of Internet and mobile technologies.

| Exciting new internet and mobile gaming venture acquires major online games portal |
Zattikka, a major new player in the social gaming market, today announced the acquisition of respected browser gaming portal and iPhone publisher, Gimme5games.
Created earlier this year by videogame industry stalwart Tim Chaney and ex Yahoo! Europe CEO Mark Opzoomer, Zattikka is set to become the pinpoint destination address for internet and mobile gaming development and distribution.
Key to this will be acquisition of development talent, making Gimme5games a highly desirable first acquirement, its respected team of mobile and Flash game creators, Matt Spall, Ian Willey and Ronny Batty, now all join Zattikka on a full time basis.
